SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar SB 2009-ALASKA VETERANS ADVISORY                                                            
COUNCIL and any accompanying fiscal notes at the Chairman's

SENATOR COWDERY asked if this bill differs from the earlier bill                                                                
[SB 54].                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS said he does not believe there is any difference.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion                                                                  
carried. He then announced the committee would recess to a call                                                                 
of the Chair.
